Barton Carlyle and ICEF launch “Beyond the Horizon” at NAFSA ‘16 in Denver

The introduction of the limited edition journal “Beyond the Horizon” celebrates the launch of ICEF Achieve, the new Research and Advisory service provided by Barton Carlyle, part of a collaboration with ICEF.
