Caroline and Andrew will offer a session at this year’s British Council SIEM event in Belfast, called “Be Brave, Be Bold: what management approaches could possibly suit the fluid and ambiguous environment we find ourselves in?”. The propostions is: “If you were starting afresh, would you make the same choices again? This session presents a series of approaches and ideas to support institutions in developing appropriate international strategies and operations. The session offers the perspective of two practitioners: one as an external international education consultant, and the other as a UK HE institutional case study, to highlight some of the processes and challenges that institutions face in building their international strategies”.
