Pamela joined George Sipos of University 4.0 for a discussion on elements of risk international education and how things have changed in the Covid era. The interview was published in the PIE Review Issue 30 “From lead gen to right fit enrolment: How student recruitment has become more focused on conversion”.

In the interview, Pamela talks about the unevenness of the impacts of the pandemic, and how institutions’ recovery strategies will need to focus on a close understanding of various countries’ different change and recovery dynamics. The pandemic is changing many of the historical determinants and global student mobility, and a risk management strategy is an essential component of a preparedness toolkit to help manage well in this emerging era.
